At La Table de Mentone, the seasons shape our menu with a concise yet bold selection that closely follows nature's rhythm.
Each week, enjoy a menu featuring 3 starters, 3 mains, and 3 desserts, regularly updated. To cater to diverse tastes, our chef ensures there's always a meat dish, a fish dish, and a vegan option.
On Sundays, our grand rotisserie comes to life, offering unique menus centered around wood-fired roasted meats and fish, creating a true Sunday feast.

Proudly certified as a Ferme Auberge, we are committed to producing at least 51% of what we serve, ensuring that the essence of our estate is present in every dish and glass.
To meet the standards of this label, several traditional elements of the estate have been revitalized for your enjoyment
The Vegetable Garden : Spanning over 5,000 m², this historical garden once fed the estate’s owners and workers. Today, it is the chef’s exclusive playground.
The Olive Grove : With more than 150 trees, it produces the essential olive oil for authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
The Orcard : Scattered across 15 hectares of parkland, it offers a variety of delightful fruits throughout the year.
The Hens: They supply our kitchens with fresh eggs daily.
The Beehives: Recently added, they not only support pollination but also produce a unique honey cherished by our guests.
The Vineyards: Covering 30 hectares, they provide wines to complement every meal, from casual to grand.
In addition to our estate’s bounty, we partner with the finest local producers in Provence to source high-quality meat, fish, cheese, and bread, ensuring every element of your dining experience reflects our region’s excellence.
