We prioritize the production of red and white wines with strong identities, but we also produce the rosés so beloved in Provence. With our three cuvées, we present three different interpretations of the Côtes de Provence style for various moments of enjoyment.
1033 OUR SIGNATURE CUVÉE
1033 is our signature cuvée, a true expression of the Mentone terroir.
The year of the first mention of the "Mentone" locality, 1033 marks the "birth" of this exceptional place. Reinterpreted as a signature cuvée, 1033 captures the quintessence of the Château Mentone terroir.
Created through artisanal craftsmanship from start to finish, in strict respect of ancestral know-how and the property's history. With an intraparcel selection of the grapes and haute couture winemaking in small containers, this cuvée represents true wines for aging that will endure through the years with the same aura as the estate.
SOUVENIRS DE MENTONE OUR PARCEL WINES
The "Souvenirs" wines reflect the authentic spirit of our family estate.
Elegant, iconic, and timeless parcel wines, much like the buildings of Mentone, which they are named after. Memories created here to take elsewhere...
After hand harvesting, the winemaking follows a minimalist process where the grape must ferments with indigenous yeasts.
These "semi-gastronomic" parcel wines are aged on fine lees or in large oak casks to refine their flavor profile without imparting aromatic marks. They possess great aromatic complexity and a remarkable mouthfeel.
Typical wines from the northern part of the Côtes de Provence appellation, perfect to enjoy with Mediterranean cuisine or more refined meals.

THE INSTANTSOUR PLEASURE WINES
The "Les Instants" cuvée is a modern inspiration, with easy-drinking, summery wines based on fresh, fruity flavors.
A early maturity of the fruit with short macerations and no aging to preserve maximum crispness and acidity. Each wine thus reveals an intense aromatic expression of fresh fruits, all balanced on freshness.
The ultimate pleasure wines, enjoyable by everyone; to be served slightly chilled in summer, but also throughout the year.
THE BRUT NATURE OUR SUNNY BUBBLES
The Brut Nature was born from the meeting of our rosés and the traditional method.
This quality sparkling wine is made with our grape must and a bottle fermentation.
After aging for nine months on the lees, we achieve a very aromatic mouthfeel, accompanied by a beautiful freshness.
Enhanced by a fine, elegant bubble, this indulgent wine is a festive nod to the rosés of Côtes de Provence.
