MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTION

Since our family took over the estate, natural resources have been managed responsibly, and all production is certified and in line with organic farming standards.
To preserve our environment while continuing to produce, we have developed a comprehensive eco-responsible strategy, where everyone plays a role in shaping their own living environment and that of future generations.
NATURAL AND RENEWABLE ENERGY
We take advantage of our wonderful environment to supply ourselves with local, natural, and renewable energy.
Our buildings are heated with wood from the estate's forests, a natural potable water source provides our water, and the sun allows us to heat water and produce more than 40% of our electricity needs.
Because preservation means being able to pass it on.
