Le Bistrot de Mentone is hiring!
Do you love Provençal cuisine, generous dishes to share, and the friendly atmosphere of an authentic bistro? Join the team at Le Bistrot de Mentone, the new gourmet spot on the most beautiful square in Lorgues, opening in April 2025.
We are looking for passionate and motivated talents to complete our brigade:
- Chef de Cuisine – Lead the kitchen with creativity and precision
- Cook – Contribute to creating delicious and generous dishes
- Chef de Rang – Provide smooth and attentive service
- Maître d’Hôtel – Coordinate the service with elegance and professionalism
- Waiter/Waitress – Bring smiles and energy to our guests
- Dishwasher – Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the kitchen
